JBDI ADVOCACY PROGRAM

JBDI has advocated for gender equality to enhance equal participation of men and women in group activities, resource utilization, equity sharing and increased women’s equal access to resources and capacity building initiatives. JBDI has continued to encourage and ensure women are involved in all development activities including leadership posts and decision making in the groups. JBDI also has advocated for the right of farmers to access extension service, Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW) to know their rights.
